Job Overview
A US Process - International Voice Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for customer support, sales, technical support, or collections in the United States market. The role requires excellent English communication skills, a neutral accent, and flexibility to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Query Handling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
- Assist customers with queries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve concerns efficiently.
2. Sales & Lead Generation (For Outbound Process)
- Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Convert leads into sales by explaining benefits and offers.
- Follow up with customers to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Technical Support
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, or services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step problem resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.
4. Collections & Billing Support
- Handle overdue payments and assist customers with billing concerns.
- Negotiate payment plans while maintaining a professional tone.
- Ensure compliance with US financial and data security regulations.
5. CRM & Documentation
- Log call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow-up actions.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on call performance and issue resolutions.
