Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional interactions.

- Document customer interactions and follow-up actions accurately.
Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
