**Fresh graduates(B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech in Life Science/Pharma discipline or who are willing to work in Night Shifts and want to make a niche in US Pharma Staffing are also eligible to APPLY.**

Role & Responsibilities:

Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Regularly interacting with Account Manager/ Team Lead to understand the requirement.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Source profiles through various US Job Portals like Career Builder, Monster and Networking sites like LinkedIn and metasearch engines and search tools like Indeed & e-Recruitment platforms as per the requirement.
Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability) etc.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
Ensure appropriate paperwork is done for placements
Should have ability to comprehend about basic compliance parameter prior to submitting resume to the client

Experience required:

Must have knowledge on end-to-end Pharma/Clinical/Scientific recruitment (for Experienced) and US staffing life cycle.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.) (For Experienced)
Must be willing to work in night shifts (US EST - Eastern Time Zone).
Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2).Exposure in working with Direct Client requirements and VMS Based clients.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
Must be a Quick thinker. Also should be proactive & self-driven.
