Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, with a strong understanding of various hiring models (W2, C2C, and 1099), visa classifications, and time zone coordination.
As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across the United States, fulfilling client requirements in industries such as IT, healthcare, engineering, finance, and more. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, and direct sourcing methods.

Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, and visa status.

Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and submit suitable profiles to clients within set timelines.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, gather feedback, and manage the follow-up process.

Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates based on client requirements (W2/C2C/1099).

Extend offers and assist in documentation and onboarding procedures as needed.
3. Client Coordination

Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate expectations clearly.

Maintain continuous communication with the account manager or client team regarding candidate status and pipeline progress.

Participate in client calls to discuss open positions, candidate feedback, and market updates when required.
4. Database Management & ATS Use

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment database.

Create and manage talent pipelines for frequently recurring job roles.

Track submissions, interviews, and hiring metrics to prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
5. Market Research & Relationship Building

Stay up to date with US employment trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants to ensure long-term engagement and referral generation.

Develop a network of passive candidates and industry professionals through events, groups, and referrals.
