Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
