Designation: US Recruiter/Associate Recruiter
Location: Bangalore (Electronic city)
Shift timings: Night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
Must to have:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Candidate should be local to Bangalore (Preferably male candidate), they should ready to attend 3-4 weeks training in our office.
They should have laptop/Desktop with good internet connectivity.

Daily Responsibilities:
· Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
· Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met and evaluate on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience and qualification.
· Pre-screen the candidates to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
. Negotiate rate or salary.
· Build & sustain the network of potential candidates and maintain the database as per the skills, experience and location.
· Format resumes, meet client expectations.
