1. Deed Reports: Grantor & Grantee, Judgments, Liens or Additional Mortgages, 
2. Recorded Deed, Quit Claim Deed or Deed of Trust · 
3. Taxes: Calling county office to verify the taxes for the current or previous year · 
4. Title Review: Reviewing all Mortgage documents. Eg: Appraisal Documents, E&O, 
5. Title Commitment, Final Title Policy, Insurance & Recorded Deed 
6. Shifts: Rotational 
7. Experience: 18 months mandatory 
8. Salary: Up to 4.5lakhs 
9. Date of Joining: Immediate 
Process 2: · Freedom Calling: 3rd Party Processor · 
10. Any Origination Experience – Mid Skill: Pre Closing / Post Closing · Mortgage experience + Voice quality 
11. Shifts: Rotational Experience: 24 months mandatory 
12. Salary: Up to 4lakhs 
13. Date of Joining: Immediate Responsibilities include: 
14. Maintain a working knowledge of US Mortgage Origination closing procedures, federal and state lending laws.
