Job Description
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience with full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to effective sourcing, pre-screening, reference checking and closing through the offer stage
Experience with recruiting/hiring H-1 and TN-1 Visa candidates; knowledge of C2C hiring
A strong network of contacts and established industry relationships
Experience working with an internal applicant management systems
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A strong presence on LinkedIn and other social networks
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills
Ability to drive own work and work with little direct supervision
Leadership experience to include mentoring or managing Recruiters and Sources
