Job Description
We Are Hiring – US Voice Process - Customer Support Executive
Work Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
Position:
US Voice Process - Customer Support Executive
Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Follow communication scripts and resolve queries efficiently
* Maintain call logs and CRM records accurately
* Work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
Eligibility Criteria:
* Qualification: Any Degree (12th pass may also be considered with strong communication skills)
* Excellent English communication (both spoken and written)
* Willingness to work in **night shifts**
* Prior BPO/Call Center experience is a plus, but **freshers are welcome**
Work Location:
Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
