US Voice Process Executive
Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented US Voice Process Executives to join our international customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound voice-based interactions with customers located in the United States, providing assistance, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
This role is part of an international BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operation and involves working during US business hours, which typically means night shifts in India. Applicants must be comfortable working during night hours and possess fluent spoken English, a neutral or American accent, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction (Voice Process)

Handle inbound or outbound calls to/from US-based customers.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.

Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.

Follow company communication guidelines and maintain professionalism at all times.
2. Problem Solving & Query Resolution

Listen actively and understand customer pain points or complaints.

Troubleshoot problems using provided tools and scripts or escalate complex issues to senior staff or technical teams.

Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) wherever possible and reduce repeat call instances.
3. Documentation & Reporting

Update CRM systems or call logs with details of the interaction, including notes, actions taken, and follow-up requirements.

Ensure accurate data entry and documentation as per internal standards.

Maintain records of customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve service quality.
4. Sales / Upselling

Promote new products or services based on customer profiles or business needs.

Achieve assigned targets in upselling or cross-selling (only for sales-based voice processes).

Follow compliance scripts and handle objections effectively.
5. Adherence & Compliance

Comply with company policies, especially those related to data privacy, security, and quality control.

Meet shift schedules, productivity benchmarks, quality scores, and attendance targets.

Participate in regular training, quality audits, and coaching sessions.
