US Voice Process Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from US customers, responding to inquiries related to products, services, orders, technical issues, account management, or billing.

Make outbound calls for follow-up purposes, surveys, feedback collection, or promotional campaigns.

Ensure that all customer queries are resolved accurately and efficiently within the defined service levels.
2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Assist customers by providing clear and concise information, troubleshooting issues, or offering solutions related to products or services.

Address complaints, issues, or concerns with professionalism, maintaining a calm and empathetic tone.

Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring that their concerns are understood and resolved to their satisfaction.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments for further assistance.
3. Adherence to Quality Standards:

Follow the established scripts and guidelines provided for customer interactions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and call quality standards.

Maintain accuracy in data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented and logged into the CRM or other systems.

Adhere to company policies related to customer service, security, and confidentiality.
4. Product and Service Knowledge:

Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, promotions, and procedures to offer informed solutions to customers.

Participate in training sessions, refresher courses, and updates to ensure you are well-equipped to handle customer queries efficiently.

Understand and communicate product features, pricing, and any updates to customers in a clear, simple manner.
5. Call Center Tools & Technology Use:

Operate the company’s call center software, including CRM systems, call management systems, and ticketing tools.

Ensure accurate logging of customer details, issues, and resolutions in the system for follow-up and future reference.

Leverage knowledge bases and databases to resolve customer issues or escalate when required.
6. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:

Identify potential opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services that align with customer needs, contributing to revenue growth.

Present offers, packages, or promotions in a manner that enhances the customer experience and meets business goals.
