Job Description
We’re Hiring – US Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US customers with queries, complaints, and requests.
-
Deliver clear, concise, and accurate information about products, services, and solutions.
-
Provide personalized support and build rapport with customers.
-
Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
2. Issue Resolution
-
Address customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
-
Escalate complex issues to senior executives or supervisors when required.
-
Follow-up with customers to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
-
Maintain calm and professional communication even during difficult conversations.
3. Process Adherence
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
-
Adhere to company policies and ensure that all interactions meet quality and compliance standards.
-
Log and document calls accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
4. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
-
Update the database regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call statistics, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
