1. Handling Inbound Calls

2. Managing Outbound Calls

Contact US-based customers for lead generation, surveys, or follow-ups.

Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products or services.

Verify customer details and collect necessary information for business processes.

Build rapport with customers and encourage positive engagement.
3. Providing Customer Support

Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues.
-
Maintain high-quality standards by following company scripts and policies.

Ensure customer satisfaction and work towards reducing churn rates.
4. Data Entry and Documentation
-
Accurately record customer details, complaints, and solutions in the company’s CRM system.

Update records for future reference and quality audits.
-
Generate daily and weekly reports on call statistics and issue resolutions.
5. Meeting Performance Metrics
-
Achieve targets related to call handling time, first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) set by the client or company.

Participate in team reviews and performance improvement sessions.
