Job Description

We are hiring for US Voice Process in our International BPO division. The role involves interacting with US-based customers to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.

  • Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer queries.

  • Maintain professional communication while addressing issues or concerns.

  • Meet process-related targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/US accent preferred).

  • Previous experience in International Voice Process/BPO is an added advantage.

  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to work in night shifts as per US business hours.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
