  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process compliance.

  • Achieve performance targets such as call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Ability to work in US time zones (night shifts).

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Previous BPO/voice process experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
