Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
-
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
-
Assist customers with information related to products, services, billing, and troubleshooting.
-
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
2. Sales & Upselling
-
Promote company products or services during customer interactions.
-
Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals when required.
-
Cross-sell or upsell relevant services based on customer needs.
3. Process Adherence
-
Follow company protocols, scripts, and quality guidelines during interactions.
-
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
-
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and productivity.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.
-
Generate daily activity reports and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
5. Team Coordination
-
Collaborate with peers, team leaders, and quality analysts to ensure smooth operations.
-
Participate in regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
