Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.

Answer queries related to products, services, billing, payments, or technical support.

Assist customers with troubleshooting, navigation, or account-related issues.

Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales & Upselling
-
Promote company products and services to potential customers during calls.

Understand customer needs and suggest relevant offerings.

Meet monthly or quarterly sales and upselling targets when applicable.

Complaint Resolution
-
Address grievances and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
-
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors while maintaining ownership of the case.

Record and track complaints in company CRM or ticketing systems.

Data Entry & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in databases.

Document issues, resolutions, and feedback for quality tracking.

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Process Adherence & Compliance
-
Follow scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirements set by the company.

Adhere to quality assurance standards, call etiquette, and performance metrics.

Comply with regulations such as HIPAA (for healthcare processes) or PCI (for financial processes).

Performance Contribution
-
Work towards achieving targets such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).

Contribute to team performance through collaboration, punctuality, and consistent effort.
