Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find IT professionals through interviewing process, effective rate negotiation and skill assessment.
- Posting Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups etc.
- Preparing and formatting the candidates resumes as per Clients requirement. Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Must have minimum of 1 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Expert in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and others.
- Ability to recruit using Social Media like Linkedin.
- Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
- Sound knowledge of US Tax Terms and Visas
- Must have an IT background or Education in order to be considered.
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Must be flexible to work in Night Shifts.
- Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
