Job Description
Utility Engineer
- Carrying out Preventive maintenance periodically as per schedule mentioned in SAP
- Operations & Maintenance of Utilities.
- Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization
- Utility Operations & Maintenance budget preparation, monitoring & control, expense record & downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
- Safety & Statutory compliance with Manufacturing Excellence
- Carrying out Walk-Through Inspection on regular basis for utility equipment's
- Carrying out Condition-based Maintenance techniques (Vibration reading, Gearbox oil level condition check, static equipment's thickness check) periodically for utility equipments
