Job Opening: UX Designer - Fresher

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UX Designer – Fresher to join our growing design team. As a UX Designer, you will be involved in all phases of the design process, from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with developers. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their UX career who are excited about solving real user problems through intuitive and elegant design solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams consisting of product managers, developers, and other designers to create seamless, human-centered experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research under guidance to understand target audiences, user needs, and pain points.
Assist in planning and executing interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research methods.
Analyze data and user behavior patterns to derive actionable insights.
Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform the design process.

2. Information Architecture and Wireframing:

Support the creation of information architecture for digital products.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and low-fidelity prototypes to represent user flows and key interactions.
Ensure that the wireframes align with business requirements and user expectations.

3. Interaction and Visual Design:

Translate conceptual ideas into compelling, user-friendly interfaces.
Create high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Design UI components such as buttons, forms, navigation systems, and data visualizations that follow a consistent design system.
Maintain design consistency across screens, ensuring accessibility and usability.

4. Collaboration with Product and Development Teams:

Work closely with product managers to understand feature requirements and priorities.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of your designs.
Participate in regular design critiques and team discussions.
Be open to feedback and iterate designs based on team and stakeholder input.

5. Testing and Iteration:

Assist in conducting usability testing for new features and improvements.
Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to refine design solutions.
Participate in post-launch reviews to assess design effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

6. Documentation and Presentation:

Prepare detailed design documentation, specifications, and style guides.
Present design solutions clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholders.
Keep design assets well-organized and version-controlled.
