UX Designer – People Platform

Experience: 1 – 3 years

Positions: 1

Role of the position:

Collaborate with, and develop mutual respect and trust with, Product Managers and Engineers
Translate UX Lo-Fi, user-flow/scenario & cases into a usable high-fidelity concepts
Communicate design intent to both internal and external teams. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users’ needs.
Proposed visual design concepts using variety of methods, including but not limited to prototypes to static screens with flow.
Research future trends and competitor strategy.
Participate in user experience research and usability studies.
Work across various lifecycle stages of a product, from new products to continuous product improvements through agile (scrum) process

Technical Skillset :

Solid understanding of current design patterns and guidelines for both mobile and web and are able to create a coherent cross-device experience
Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (desktop, tablet, smartphone)
Excellent knowledge of CSS and HTML and demonstrated expertise with Adobe CS products & Sketch
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a tight deadline
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Portfolio is a must

Qualification :

BA/BS in a design related field graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field from top universities
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
