Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding user behavior, solving problems through design, and working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for researching user needs, wireframing, prototyping, creating visual designs, and ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across our digital products. Your design decisions should be backed by research, data, usability principles, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Experience (UX) Design:

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.

Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.

Analyze feedback and usage data to inform design decisions and identify areas of improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into user-centric solutions.

Create wireframes, mockups, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize design ideas.
2. User Interface (UI) Design:

Design visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure design consistency.

Apply typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and iconography principles effectively in designs.

Ensure that interfaces adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
3. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Accept feedback with openness and iterate on designs based on insights from testing and collaboration.
4. Testing and Optimization:

Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design assumptions.

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to monitor user behavior and identify pain points.

Iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and performance metrics.

Continuously explore new trends and best practices in UX/UI and incorporate them into projects.
