Job Summary:
A UX/UI Designer is responsible for enhancing the user experience and interface of digital products such as websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and software platforms. The role combines elements of psychology, design, technology, and business strategy to create intuitive, user-centered, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered methodologies, usability testing, and prototyping tools. A UX/UI Designer collaborates closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Experience (UX) Design:

Conduct user research using techniques like interviews, surveys, field studies, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Create personas, user journey maps, empathy maps, and use cases to align design strategies with real user behaviors and expectations.

Define information architecture and navigation flow for digital products.

Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate functionality and layout of interfaces.

Test designs through usability studies and iterate based on feedback.
2. User Interface (UI) Design:

Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces based on branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and design systems.

Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.

Ensure a responsive design approach across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Maintain UI style guides, design systems, and component libraries to ensure consistency.
3. Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementation and consistency with specifications.

Participate in product brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance UX.

Present design solutions and concepts to internal teams, clients, or stakeholders with confidence.

Provide feedback and design QA during development to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
4. Research & Trends:

Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design, digital products, human-computer interaction (HCI), and technology.

Integrate best practices in usability, accessibility (e.g., WCAG guidelines), and performance optimization.

Benchmark competitor designs and industry standards for inspiration and continuous improvement.
Technical & Design Tools:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
-
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (for better developer collaboration).

Experience with user research tools (e.g., Maze, UsabilityHub, Hotjar, etc.).
