Role: UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. UX designer will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research and translate them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Production of air-tight sitemaps, app flows, wireframes, and/or visual design deliverables on key projects.
  
• Guide design team members through feedback and direction on their projects day-to-day.
  
• Collaborate, interact, and present to clients in a confident, comfortable, and professional manner.
  
• Communicate cross-departmentally with directors, account strategists, project managers, and developers.
  
• Creation of high fidelity screen designs for apps, products, and responsive (device agnostic) screen layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  

Requirements:

• First and foremost, you should have an excellent eye for design. You should know great UI and UX when you see it, and be able to explain why it's great (even if you didn't create it!).
  
• You'll need to be a Photoshop expert. You should also be fluent in Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or whatever you use to create wireframes.
  
• Of course, we're looking for self-starters - candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction, and learn by asking the right questions.
  
• Finally, you should have a solid portfolio of application design. We want to see that you've built great web interfaces before, not just great websites.
