We are currently looking for an Associate UX Developer to join our agile, energetic and dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with product managers, and developers to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch as well as additional on-going iterations 

·        Translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitive user flows 

·        Design flows and user interfaces that are simple, effective, and delightful 

·        Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, and mocking up user experiences 

·        Create storyboards, user flows, conceptual wireframes, interaction diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes 

·        Take a data-driven approach to influence your visual and interaction design decisions

·        Communicate your ideas, designs, and UX best practices to successfully convince, motivate, and inspire stakeholders 

·        Revise and enhance designs based on technical input, business decisions and user feedback to ensure visual designs align with the overall vision

Requirements & Key Skills:

·        Proficient in Photoshop, Wireframe, Illustrator, Fireworks, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, Angular JS.

·        Must have a robust portfolio of both visual design and wireframe/prototype projects

·        At least 2 plus years’ experience working in a UX or Visual Design role

·        Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·        Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions·         

·        Knowledge of the best practices for interaction design for cross-platform devices and applications.

·        Highly motivated, self-starter who is able to work well in teams or independently

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines

·        Highly-adaptable and able to pivot due to changing requirements or client feedback

·        Able to translate findings into clear guidance for other designers and developers
