Position Overview:
We are looking for a Ward RMO (Resident Medical Officer) to provide round-the-clock patient care in the hospital ward. The ideal candidate should have strong medical knowledge, emergency handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with senior doctors and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care & Monitoring

Conduct regular rounds in the assigned hospital ward.

Monitor patient conditions, vitals, and treatment progress.

Ensure timely administration of medications as per doctor's prescriptions.

Attend to emergency cases and provide immediate care.
2. Coordination with Medical Team

Work closely with consultants, surgeons, and nursing staff.

Update senior doctors about critical cases and patient progress.

Assist in medical procedures and diagnostic evaluations.
3. Emergency Management

Handle medical emergencies efficiently.

Provide basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) if required.

Assist in CPR, intubation, and other emergency procedures.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate medical records of patients.

Ensure proper handover and case reporting during shift changes.

Document adverse events and complications for review.
