Valuation Engineer – Job Description

Focus Areas:

• Mortgage Valuations

• Construction Finance

• Corporate Finance

• External Valuations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for property identification, measurements, and assessment of location attributes & property rates.

• Prepare and generate valuation reports with accuracy and integrity.

• Ensure adherence to quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer relationship management standards.

• Contribute to teamwork, cooperation, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain and update MIS records, databases, and assigned documentation.

• Monitor and report market trends, new developments, risk areas, and fraudulent transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

• Mobility: Must own a bike with a valid license.

• Communication:

o Proficiency in English (spoken & written).

o Ability to converse in Kannada (reading & writing not mandatory).

• Work Mode:

o Willingness to travel daily for site visits.

o Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
