Job Description
Job Summary:
The Valuation Engineer plays a critical role in the accurate assessment of properties for valuation purposes by conducting detailed field visits, identifying property attributes, and preparing precise valuation reports. This position involves direct interaction with property locations to measure, verify, and analyze essential factors influencing property value, such as location attributes, current market rates, and development trends.
Valuation Engineers must demonstrate high integrity, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of assignments while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team to maintain data accuracy, generate management information system (MIS) reports, and keep abreast of market dynamics including new developments and potential risks.
1. Responsible for Field Visits, Identification of Property, Measurements, Location Attributes & Property Rates
2. Responsible for generation of valuation reports
3. Carry out assigned works with utmost integrity, Quality, TAT & Customer Relationship Management
4. Team Work: Co-operation, Contribution & Maintenance
5. Responsible for Generation of MIS, Maintaining Database & Records provided for assigned works Update Management on New Developments in Locations, New Trends, Changes in Market Negative Areas, Fraudulent transactions etc.
6. Candidate to possess 2 wheeler & license for applying to this job. Female candidates shall have office job.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Visits and Property Identification

Conduct thorough field visits to assigned locations to identify properties for valuation.

Accurately measure property dimensions and verify structural and locational details.

Assess and document key location attributes affecting valuation, including proximity to amenities, accessibility, neighborhood conditions, and infrastructural developments.

Ensure timely completion of fieldwork with attention to accuracy and compliance with company standards.
2. Valuation Report Generation

Prepare detailed valuation reports based on field measurements, market research, and analytical assessment.

Incorporate property rate data, location-specific trends, and comparable sales data to generate realistic and reliable property valuations.

Ensure reports are comprehensive, clear, and meet the required format and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain quality and turnaround time (TAT) to meet internal and client expectations.
3. Integrity, Quality, and Customer Relationship Management

Perform all assigned tasks with utmost honesty and integrity.

Uphold high standards of quality in data collection, report writing, and communication.

Manage customer interactions professionally to build trust and ensure satisfaction.

Address queries or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Teamwork and Collaboration

5. Data Management and MIS Generation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of properties, valuations, and market trends.

Generate MIS reports reflecting valuation progress, discrepancies, and key performance indicators.

Ensure all records are properly documented, stored, and retrievable for audit and management review.
6. Market Analysis and Updates

Monitor and report new developments in assigned locations that may impact property valuations.

Keep informed on market trends, emerging patterns, and changes in property rates.

Identify and report areas of risk such as negative market movements or fraudulent transactions.

Provide timely updates to management on relevant developments, regulatory changes, or unusual market activities.
Additional Requirements:

Two-Wheeler and Valid Driving License: Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license to conduct field visits efficiently.

Female Candidates: Female candidates for this role will primarily be engaged in office-based responsibilities and will not be required to conduct field visits.

Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as per job requirements.
