Job Description
This is a full-time office job for a Valuer assistant at MA Architect & Valuer located in Pune.
The Valuer assistant will assist in preparing valuation reports, conducting site inspections, and collecting data on properties to be valued.
The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in the real estate industry or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills will be appreciated.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word is mandatory.
Qualifications – Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering or experience in any valuer firm is required.
Fluency in English and Hindi required, and knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic understanding of valuation concepts, asset assessment, and property measurements.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing and managing reports.

Familiarity with Google Maps, land records, and online property data tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of valuation software or ERP tools will be preferred but not mandatory.
