Job Description

Role: VAO Relationship Manager
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Role Description:

- KYC / Video KYC customer verification with outbound calls

- Make calls to customers to complete their VKYC

- Once connected, capture images of the relevant documents

- Verify and cross-check the details mentioned on the documents

- Update on the system accordingly

Skills / Proficiencies required:

- Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline (Degree certificate is mandatory)

- Good command on English language (verbal / written)

- Familiarity with Hindi is highly preferred
