- End-to-end monitoring and ensuring efficient operations of the car fleet vertical (100+ cars) for the respective branch location
- Looking after the PAN-India vendor empanelment process, paperwork etc.
- Vendor scoring basis the given parameters
- Ensuring impeccable service delivery at all times; fleet planning, quality control management, and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with business development, admin & finance team to ensure smooth operations
