Job Description
Manage relationships with key vendors to improve price and quality of service
2.Maintain efficient collaboration between departments & suppliers for expansions
3.Create demand forecasts and provisioning for departments
4.Facilitate vendor evaluation and selection
5.Negotiate Contracts (within threshold value) and prepare business cases
6.Vendor onboarding until panel validation
7.Generate weekly, monthly reports to share progress and risk

9.Manage a team of 5 to efficiently run the Vendor operations.
10.Collaborated with hiring managers in high-value project requirements
11.Managed conversations on agreements & identification of preferred suppliers
12.Ensure opened positions are approved and filled efficiently.
13.Plan and execute recruitment events.
14.Track department's project allocation and deallocation in a report
