Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, responding to inquiries via communication channels in time and professional manner.

Assist vendors with onboarding processes, including completing necessary documentation and providing training on relevant systems and platforms.

Address vendor inquiries related to orders, invoices, payments, and other transactional activities, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and logistics, to resolve vendor-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance the vendor support experience.

Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions in the company's system or vendor management platform.

Monitor vendor performance metrics and escalate issues as needed to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on vendor support activities, trends, and performance metrics.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to vendor management.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in vendor support, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor management best practices preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

A commitment to delivering high-quality service and building positive relationships with vendors.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in B.COM , Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Salary:

Under graduate- 12000 stipend and Masters - 15000
