Job Description
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) invites application for the position Vice President
Compensation: In the scale of total remuneration between Rs. 80000 to 90000 (all-inclusive) with break up available with incubator as per IIML- Incubator’s policy. Additionally, medical insurance, mobile reimbursement is considered for the working executive as per policy of the Incubator.
Qualifications:
1. MBA from prestigious/premier B-School with a good CGPA
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in working/consulting for startups.
3. Experience for supporting startups and/or building marketing their strategy
4. Domain of experience in market strategy and brand building.

Job description & Key responsibilities
1. Developing mentor network for startups under incubation of the incubator under various domains such as marketing, strategy, human resource etc.
2. Developing and executing learning, mentoring and development programme for existing and potential entrepreneurs and start up employees.
3. Guiding and supporting investment and valuation team of the incubator.
4. Supporting the CEO in deepening consulting for corporate clients
