BOB Capital Markets Ltd invites applications for the following post in their Investment Banking Department
1. Position Vacant: VP/ Sr VP - Investment Banking (Origination & Coverage)
2. Educational Qualification: Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.
3. Minimum Experience: 15+ Years
4. Location of posting: New Delhi The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary
5. Job Description / Responsibilities:
a. Strong relationship with clients, especially with PSU’s and GoI/ State Govt Deptt.
b. Ability to make strong relationship/ connects especially at senior levels.
c. Actively pursue business development opportunities and market full range of Investment Banking services to prospective clients
d. Create and manage new deal flow and originate new client engagements in line with the strategy of BOBCAPS
e. Engage with his current relationships to generate new opportunities
f. Develop client networks, establish and maintain pipeline and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
g. Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail on client deliverables
h. Actively get involved at the key strategic discussion points of each transaction
i. Responsible for revenue generation as per targets for the respective business verticals
