Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
2. Take a brief to grasp the production team's needs and specifications
3. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
4. Conduct thorough research on every video idea
5. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
6. Create rough and final cuts
7. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
8. Consult with the senior editor and the brand to work on a cohesive brief
9. Discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
10. Write voice-over/commentary (if required)
11. Suggest or select music
12. Come up with new ideas in line with the company's video strategy and execute the same
