Job Description
About the internship
We are looking for a video editor intern who will be responsible for assembling all shot footage and editing videos for social media marketing platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. You will also have to work on different types of ads for social media - working with our marketing team to create campaign videos from scratch; from helping the production team shoot and then editing different cuts for different platforms.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take a brief to grasp on the production team's needs and specifications
2. Edit graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
3. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
4. Trim footage, input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
5. Create rough and final cuts
6. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, video team, etc.) to create engaging social media video content (stories, posts, reels, etc.).
7. Takedown any other activities from your reporting manager as and when required
