Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

● Create and design graphics, motion graphics, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

● Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

● Produce high-quality learning video projects for our platforms, including marketing videos for social media.

● Optimize video and graphic content to ensure it meets platform specifications and audience engagement goals.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

● Strong experience in video editing and graphic design.

● Creative ability to tell stories visually through video and graphic design.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Collaboration and Communication:

● Work closely with the creative teams, including graphic designers & writers, to understand the project’s vision and goals.

● Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion graphics trends, techniques, and tools.

● Receive feedback from your managers and superiors and make revisions as required to meet project objectives.

Quality Control:

● Ensure final videos meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

● Troubleshoot and fix any issues related to video production, such as audio sync, visual quality, and technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

a) Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors in Mass Media, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

b) Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and graphics design.
