Job Description
Aarogrit is hiring a creative, detail-driven Video Editor who specializes in short-form content like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. If you have a strong sense of visual storytelling, know how to follow trends, and can turn raw clips into engaging videos — we’d love to hear from you!
Experience with Canva is a must. Bonus if you can work with basic motion graphics or have an eye for aesthetic edits.
Key Responsibilities:-
Edit scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts using provided footage, music, text overlays, and transitions.

Design engaging visuals and thumbnails using Canva.

Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube short-form content trends.

Work closely with the content and marketing team to keep the visual style on-brand.

Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines.

1–2 years of experience editing Reels or YouTube Shorts (portfolio or sample work required).

Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus.

Strong sense of pacing, visuals, and audio syncing.

Understanding of Instagram and YouTube formats and best practices.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines.
