We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for publishing. This role involves understanding the project’s creative vision and ensuring it aligns with the brand's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, advertisements, and websites.
- Assemble raw footage, trim clips, and input music, graphics, and special effects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and tone.
- Optimize videos for different formats and platforms.
- Perform color grading, audio mixing, and correction as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and best practices for social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
