Edit raw footage into polished videos for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and other platforms.

Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music as needed.

Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals.

Organize and manage video files, edit timelines, and meet deadlines consistently.
-
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, effects, and platform formats.
-
Assist in post-production tasks such as audio syncing, color correction, and basic animation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Post-Production
-
Import, organize, and manage raw video footage from various sources.
-
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video logically and creatively.
-
Enhance video and audio quality using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
-
Add music, dialogue, voiceovers, and sound effects where necessary.
-
Insert graphics, lower thirds, transitions, animations, and special effects to enhance the viewer experience.
2. Creative Storytelling

Interpret scripts, briefs, or storyboards to understand the project goal and translate it into a cohesive video.

Choose and apply the best visual and narrative techniques to convey messages effectively.

Assist in brainstorming and conceptual development of video ideas or storylines when needed.
3. Motion Graphics & Animation (if applicable)
-
Create simple to intermediate motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Blender.

Animate text, logos, intros/outros, infographics, and other visual assets to elevate production quality.
4. Color Grading and Audio Synchronization
-
Perform color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and mood.

Sync audio with video accurately and edit sound for clarity and quality.

Eliminate background noise, balance levels, and mix music or effects appropriately.
5. Format Conversion & Delivery
-
Export videos in various formats and resolutions suitable for web, mobile, social media, and broadcast.

Optimize video files for size and performance without compromising quality.
-
Ensure final versions are reviewed and approved before uploading or publishing.
6. Asset Management & Archiving
-
Organize and archive raw and edited footage systematically for future access.
-
Maintain backups of all project files, templates, and assets.
-
Use proper naming conventions, version control, and file structuring to ensure workflow efficiency.
