Introduction:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, YouTube, and more. You will work closely with the content team to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless video production process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with the brand’s voice, style, and objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop video content for marketing campaigns, social media, tutorials, product videos, and more.
Ensure that all videos meet the technical requirements for the intended platform(s) and maintain consistent visual and audio quality.
Add elements such as sound effects, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance video storytelling.
Review and revise videos based on feedback, ensuring that the final product meets quality and branding standards.
Manage video projects and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and technologies.
Maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, final edits, and backup copies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, storytelling, and editing principles.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to track video progress.
