Key Responsibilities· Edit Corporate Videos, Industrial Videos, and Product Videos.
· Edit Podcasts (audio-video format).
· Edit Safety Training and Incident Recreation Videos.
· Work on multi-cam setups, green screen edits, and basic color grading.
· Handle projects independently with creativity, following project briefs.
· Manage timelines and deliver high-quality edits meeting client expectations.
· Collaborate with the creative team to bring fresh and engaging ideas to projects.
Must-Have Skills· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary Editing Tool)
· Basic to Intermediate knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (for Color Grading)
· Good Understanding of Corporate Video Production workflows
· Sound Knowledge of Podcast Editing (Both Video & Audio Sync)
· Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual sense
· Knowledge of safety video structure and educational format is a plus
· Basic Motion Graphics understanding (advantage, not mandatory)
· Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Studies, or related fields.
· Minimum 1 year of full-time editing experience in a production house or media agency.
· Prior work experience in corporate videos, podcast editing, or safety videos is highly preferred.
· Must be willing to work full-time from our Vadodara office.
· A professional, positive attitude with the ability to take constructive feedback.
