Location - Kharadi Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, detail, and visual aesthetics. You will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, advertising, and internal use.
Key Responsibilities:-
Edit raw footage into engaging, polished video content (interviews, promotional videos, tutorials, social media content, etc.)

Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, graphics, animations, and special effects.

Collaborate with the creative team (producers, directors, writers, graphic designers) to execute the vision for each project.

Ensure the final product aligns with brand guidelines and meets deadlines.

Organize and manage media assets and backup systems.

Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends.

Color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics (as needed).

Export videos in various formats and resolutions for different platforms.

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of video formats, compression techniques, and best practices for online platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing your editing work.

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with 2D/3D animation tools is a plus.

Familiarity with camera equipment and on-set production processes.
