Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into seamless, professional-quality videos for various platforms including websites, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and internal use.

Assemble and cut footage logically to tell a compelling and coherent story.

Add music, voiceovers, dialogue syncing, and sound effects to enhance viewer experience.

Color correct and grade footage to ensure visual consistency and cinematic style.

Incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, subtitles, and branding elements as needed.
Project Collaboration & Planning

Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand video goals, audience, and tone.

Participate in project kick-offs, creative brainstorming sessions, and production meetings.

Follow brand guidelines, style references, and creative briefs to deliver on expectations.
Asset Management
-
Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library, including project files, footage, music, and templates.

Archive and back up edited videos and raw footage according to company standards.

Maintain consistent file naming and folder organization for collaborative workflows.
Technical Responsibilities

Export and optimize videos for various formats and platforms (social media, websites, presentations).

Stay current with the latest editing software, plugins, and best practices.

Troubleshoot video/audio issues during editing or rendering processes.

Ensure all final deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Content Adaptation

Repurpose long-form video content into short clips, reels, or highlights suited for social media.

Localize content with language-specific subtitles, voiceovers, or adjustments based on regional requirements.

Edit internal videos such as tutorials, training sessions, webinars, and product demos.
