Video Editor/ Sound Designer/ Cameraman/ Cinematographer Job Position in Central University of Kashmir on part time basis
01 Video Editor/ Sound Designer
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1) Diploma course in Editing & Sound designing (or) MA in Mass Communication & Journalism/Convergent Journalism 2) a) 2 years experience in Editing of Video programmes and Sound Designing in any recognized institute. b) Ability to handle software like FCP and Edius for Video editing purpose and Nuendo, Cubase, Fruity Loops and Pro tools for Sound designing purpose. c) In-depth practical exposure of digital audio recording, sound editing, mixing and mastering of audio projects. d) Must have knowledge of ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) Desirable: Masters Degree in Journalism with an ability to instruct the students in video editing, sound designing and practical ability of installation of audio studio and post-production equipment.
Honorarium : Rs. 500/day subject to the maximum of Rs. 12,000/month
02 Cameraman/ Cinematographer
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1) Diploma course in Cinematography (or) MA in Mass Communication & Journalism/Convergent Journalism 2) a) 2 Years experience as a cameraperson/Cinematographer b) Ability to handle cameras like DSLR, 5D Mark III, Black Magic, PD-177 etc. Desirable: Masters Degree in Journalism with an ability to instruct the student in cinematography and film/TV practical work. Must have done some projects in the related field.
Honorarium : Rs. 500/day subject to the maximum of Rs. 12,000/month
03 Graphic Artist/ designer
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1) Diploma in Graphic Designing (or) MA in Mass Communication & Journalism/ Convergent Journalism 2) a) 2 Years experience in graphic designing b) Ability of handling software like in Design, Coral draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Desirable: Ability to instruct the students in graphic designing and practical
Honorarium : Rs. 500/day subject to the maximum of Rs. 12,000/month
