Academic qualification should be minimum graduate.
Professional qualification should be minimum 1year experience in each field.
Salary: Rs. 8000 to 10000/- per month.

Short Video Editor – Job Role
A Short Video Editor is responsible for creating engaging and high-quality short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram content) that attract and retain viewers, aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing
Edit raw footage into short, engaging videos.
Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, and animations.
2. Content Adaptation
Repurpose long videos into short clips (Reels/Shorts).
Optimize videos for multiple social media platforms.
3. Creativity & Storytelling
Ensure videos are catchy, trendy, and audience-friendly.
Use trending sounds, memes, and editing styles to boost reach.
4. Brand Consistency
Maintain a uniform style, tone, and branding across all short videos.
Follow guidelines for fonts, logos, and brand identity.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with content creators, marketing, and design teams.
Implement feedback and deliver quick turnarounds.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
Knowledge of social media trends & algorithms.
Creativity + ability to meet deadlines.
Salary Range (India – General):
Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (freelancers may earn per project/clip)
