About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Videography:
1. Conduct on-site video shoots to capture interior and exterior footage of residential and commercial properties.
2. Ensure video content aligns with established style guidelines and accurately highlights the features of each property.
b. Equipment Management:
1. Assist in the setup and breakdown of videography equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, and audio recording devices.
2. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.
c. Editing and Post-Production:
1. Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard editing software to create engaging and professional final products.
Incorporate music, graphics, and effects as needed to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
d. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the real estate and marketing teams to understand specific property requirements and preferences.
2. Collaborate with other videographers and professionals to share insights and improve videography techniques.
e. Quality Control:
1. Conduct thorough reviews of edited videos to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
2. Address feedback and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve video quality.
