Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute brand messaging video strategy and standards
2. Plan and execute video marketing campaigns
3. Write engaging video scripts
4. Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories internal announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, and other internal projects
5. Follow final review and approval processes to ensure content quality and editorial and branding compliance
6. Coordinate pre-shoot planning and documentation with team members and location staff
7. Create the video marketing content and set the scope and direction thereof
8. Work with the sales team on lead conversion with content to support customer journey, etc.
9. Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process
10. Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as video traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth
11. Proactively stay on top of video marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities
12. Support paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on
13. Act as the owner of our video performance, with a focus on optimizing search and user experience
