Virtual Assistant - Accounting Outsourcing
Location: Ahmedabad
Time: 5pm to 2am
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our accounting team. You will be responsible for handling emails, setting up meetings, following up with clients for tax documents, and managing files using various tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails professionally
- Schedule and coordinate meetings (via Outlook & Teams)
- Call clients to request pending tax documents
- Organize and upload files on SharePoint and Financial Cents
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using MS Office
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, MS Office, and Financial Cents
- Professional and client-friendly demeanor
- Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
